Honestly, as business models go EmptyRespon.se operates pretty simply. First profits cover the cost of running the business another year. Ten percent of all profit after that goes toward whatever ridiculous project is currently underway. Whatever duckets are left over get handed to charity or, in exceptionally rare cases, go toward paying the engineers.

Services and Pricing

First and foremost, EmptyRespon.se provides concierge support at a flat rate of $120/hr. Fix it right, fix it once, don't force a customer to call us to fix something we've already fixed.

Services outside the scope of Concierge Support include:

  • Client Education
  • Data Recovery
  • New System Installation and Configuration
  • Website Development

Each of these are custom services accepted and priced on the scope of the individual exercise. Configuring a secured data server central to your business will necessarily take more time and more care than configuring an iPad to scroll weather bulletins and menu prices. We feel the easier job should always be cheaper.
