I simplify complicated problems for profit and complicate simple problems for pleasure. I have engineered satellites, robots, pirate accoutrements, video games, voices, websites, and all manner of less interesting tedium.

I have a combined experience of 15+ years in the field of Customer Support with regards to Information Technology for companies including Blackboard Student Services, Presidium Inc., Amazon.com, Clear Channel Radio, Forcht Broadcasting, Bluegrass Oakwood, Lexington Hospitality LLC, Marriott Hotel, Intermountain Management, Somerset Community College, Russell County High School, and the City of Celina, Tennessee.
